All returns need to be ‘as new’. This means unwashed, unmarked and in the original packaging as it arrived to you, with all tags intact within 28 days of receipt.  

If you return an item that is not ‘as new’, we reserve the right to offer a partial refund.

Refunds are processed ASAP upon receipt of the returned items, but your payment provider / Paypal often take up to 10 days to deposit it back into your account.

We are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Thankfully this occurs very rarely but occasionally does happen. In such an instance, please contact us via one of our channels here and we will be in touch to arrange a replacement or refund.

If your order is returned to us due to missed deliveries or no collection from your depot, we are happy to either resend it or refund you (minus a £3.95 postage fee).

Please be aware that it can take up to a month for undelivered items to be returned to the sender.

Not as standard unless something is faulty however customers in the Silver tier or above of our loyalty can exchange points for a prepaid returns label from the loyalty points page here.
