The hump is a pikler inspired climbing frame.

Emmi Pikler who was a Paediatrician in 30/40’s was passionate about babies developing in the way nature intended, allowing the child to learn and master skills at their own pace. The Hump can be used as an aid for learning to sit, crawl, stand, cruise and climb!

We stock a lot of European brands who use the height of your child instead of an age range, this seems complicated but it really isn't, we promise! Simply measure in cm's from head to heel and that is the size you need to buy.

Folding Hump

The utility of this hump isn't just when it's in the position pictured, but it can be turned upside down for some rocking play (I don't know if this is recommended with this particular product, but my 1 year old soon discovered it rocked!) and when stood up on it's side it can be a shop, a ticket booth... anything you like. Throw a blanket over it for even more fun. I personally prefer the hump to the Pikler (and so does our son) and if I could only buy the hump or the triangle I would pick this 100%. I think we would possibly even consider the bigger model when he gets older if it would do anything to enhance his play experience.
