Yoto says: Meet the Five Find Outers, and dog in Enid Blyton’s much-loved Mystery Series.
Meet Larry, Daisy, Pip, Bets, Fatty and Buster! When they first band together to solve the case of the burnt cottage during their school holidays, they deem themselves the Five Find Outers, and Dog, and a team is born! Join them as they solve mysteries big and small in this collection of eight books from Enid Blyton's action-packed series!
In the original 1943 text, Fatty's nickname is based on the fact that his initials are F.A.T. as well as his size. All references to his size have been removed from this recording (based on the text from 2016) so that Fatty's nickname refers to his initials only.
This collection includes:
The Mystery of the Burnt Cottage
The Mystery of the Disappearing Cat
The Mystery of the Secret Room
The Mystery of Spiteful Letters
The Mystery of the Missing Necklace
The Mystery of the Hidden House
The Mystery of the Pantomime Cat
The Mystery of the Invisible Thief
The Yoto player is a carefully connected screen free speaker for kids. Back in 2015 the founders of Yoto were, like many of us concerned about the effects of to much screen time for their kids.
They decided to make a prototype of a screen free speaker that kids from toddler to 12+ could enjoy. After launching a kickstart campaign in 2017 which was fulfilled in just days the first generation yoto player was put into production. Since then it has been a run away success with more cards and content and useful accessories being launched regularly.
2021 saw the launch of the Yoto mini, a smaller travel sized screen free speaker for day trips and holidays.
Here at Little Goat Gruff we have a Yoto player at home for our little ones, its a huge success and much loved by both of them. All the content is loved, podcasts, music, books plus we use the white noise and sleep songs for bed time and then as a night light! It is a very robust little machine, ours has weathered being left out in the rain (obviously NOT advised!), many drops and knocks and once the card slot may even of been filled with porridge…..we won’t name any names but it survived and is still going strong!
