Returns

All returns need to be ‘as new’ this means unwashed, unmarked, in the original packaging as it arrived to you with all tags intact within 28 days of receipt.  If you return an item that is not ‘as new’ we reserve the right to offer a partial refund. Simply return your items with a note of your order number and name/address to the following address -

Please note if you do not include a note your refund may be delayed.

Refunds are processed ASAP but your payment provider/paypal often take about 10 days to deposit it back into your account.

It's the wrong size.

For the sake of simplicity we don't do exchanges, simply follow our returns procedure above and we will refund you and then you can reorder the correct size.

 

I just don't like it.

That's OK too, we know that everyone sometimes has second thoughts. Send it back to us and we'll refund you.

 

It got broken in the post.

Thankfully its rare but occasionally this does happen, just send us a photo of the damaged item to returns@littlegoatgruff.co.uk and we will get it touch and replace it for you.

 

I missed the delivery, forgot to pick it up, refused it or reschedule delivery and now Royal Mail have sent it back.

We're happy to either re-send it or refund you (minus a £3.95 postage fee). Please be aware that it can take up to a month for undelivered items to be returned to the sender.
